We are seeking a Recruitment Director to lead and scale our Contract Recruitment Division. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of strategy, growth, and delivery across high-demand mission critical sectors.
The Role
- Lead the contract recruitment business, with responsibility for P&L, strategy, and team leadership.
- Drive client development, managing key accounts while expanding into new mission critical markets.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of recruiters, with a focus on delivery excellence and commercial growth.
- Own and deliver against revenue targets, ensuring best-in-class service for clients and contractors.
- Collaborate closely with the wider senior leadership team to shape business strategy and long-term growth.
About You
- Proven track record of building and running successful contract recruitment businesses.
- A natural leader, highly commercial, and confident in high-growth technical markets.
- Proven background in contract recruitment, ideally across mission critical sectors (data centres, advanced facilities, life sciences, energy, or similar).
- Strong P&L and leadership experience, with the ability to grow teams and scale revenue.
- Deep understanding of contract recruitment processes, compliance, and contractor management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, and motivated by building something with real impact.
- Excellent client development skills with a network in technical recruitment markets.
