The Role

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle while managing relationships and executing searches within one of our specialist practices. You will identify and engage top-tier candidates, gather market intelligence, and work closely with senior team members and company founders to support high-level mandates. Your work will directly contribute to the firm's growth and market presence, reinforcing a community-driven approach to executive search in the clean energy and infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage senior passive candidates within clean energy, energy infrastructure, or sustainable technology markets.
  • Lead Generation: Source leads and market intel to support client development and business origination.
  • Search Execution: Deliver high-quality retained and contingent search processes using best-practice methodologies.
  • Deal Execution: Assist in structuring and negotiating recruitment deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with founders and senior advisors to refine search strategies and approaches.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key market figures to strengthen the company's network and brand.

  • 2+ years experience in executive search or 360/270 recruitment.
  • Exposure to Energy, Infrastructure, or Technology markets preferred.
