Are you an experienced 360 recruiter ready to take your career to the next level? We are a specialist recruitment firm operating across Renewables, Clean Energy, and Infrastructure, with established offices in London, Bristol, and Amsterdam. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Senior to Principal-level recruiters who can bring experience, energy, and ambition to our high-performing team.
What you'll be doing:
- Running a full 360 desk: client development, candidate generation, and end-to-end delivery
- Building long-term partnerships with pioneering clean energy companies across Europe
- Leveraging a warm network while driving new business in high-growth markets
What we're looking for:
- Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency side), ideally in renewables, engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical sector
- Commercially minded, with strong client-facing skills
- Ambitious recruiters motivated by performance and progression
- German or French language skills highly desirable (to support our European expansion)
