The Role
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you'll gain exposure to the full headhunting lifecycle while managing relationships and executing searches within one of our specialist practices. You'll identify and engage top-tier candidates, gather market intelligence, and work closely with senior team members and company founders to support high-level mandates. Key Responsibilities
