Job responsibilities:

  • Drive fabric and trim sourcing by researching newness, trends, and key bases, ensuring competitive pricing and a clear good / better / best approach.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, keeping mill matrices, fabric libraries, and trim collections up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Design, Fabric and Merchandising teams to support seasonal presentations and business needs.
  • Prepare and distribute fabric and trim packs (physical and soft copy), ensuring accurate pricing, references, and timely sharing with NS and NUK teams.
  • Present newness and sourcing intel in monthly PD and seasonal BD presentations, highlighting capability, techniques, and ready-to-buy or development products.
  • Conduct regular factory visits, gathering and sharing actionable intel with UK teams, including quantity, customer, season, and availability.
  • Maintain a shared Google Drive to consistently update and communicate intel using a clear Next Sourcing Bangladesh format.
  • Support product, design, and UK/BD presentations, including sample preparation, showroom setup, development tracking, and design pack execution in line with SOPs.

Requirements:

Graduate in Textile or Fashion Design from a UK-based university, with a strong understanding of design and sourcing in UK Market.
