Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. Flexible working options are available. Shifts: 9.25 hours per week; Sun 10:30 – 15:00; Sat 11:30 – 16:30.

Responsibilities

  • Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping customers to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about the products
  • Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Take control of your own development
  • Communicate effectively and look for ways to help
  • Be friendly, calm and efficient, even on busy days
  • Be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job
  • Be flexible, supportive and ready to go the extra mile

Requirements & Employment Details

  • In accordance with Home Office guidance, candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
  • This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skill level. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
  • As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment (Working with Numbers and Retail Scenarios). The in-store recruitment team will review applications and contact those that closely match the job criteria to arrange an initial interview.
