To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role:

  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and store operations when needed.
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
  • Be passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring and motivating others to foster a positive working environment.
  • Possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience.
  • Work effectively in a results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environment, adapting quickly to change and aligning the team with new objectives.
  • Communicate well at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, make sound business decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas.
  • Handle people issues confidently.
  • Plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively.
