The role at NEXT involves supporting the warehouses on demand print needs from invoices to rework labels and servicing printers. You will fit into a small team with various workloads, including Reprographics to Wide Format, which consists of printing large format posters, boards and other media to display imagery and Warehouse communication.
This role is based at Stadium Way, South Elmsall. You will be working 38.5 hours per week with shifts 6am-6pm on a 3 on, 3 off rotation.
- Provide support to the warehouses by servicing printer consumables and printer issues.
- Aid other colleagues in other areas of the Print Services department.
- Learn to use advanced printer machinery in order to grow the department with various projects.
- Support Elmsall complex and surrounding warehouses should the need arise.
- Learn from existing staff the different printing methods to support quick turnarounds of high profile work.
- Use in-house printer software and management suites in order to help diagnose and resolve printer issues.
- Help/cover our new site at Elmsall 3, as well as covering all sites if required.
You will be able to work in a high pressure environment and meet strict deadlines. You will be able to use your own initiative and have strong problem solving abilities. You will have a passion for quality and customer service. Having a full driving licence is preferred. You will be able to speak, read and write English at a level that enables you to complete your role, for example, to understand instructions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and/or other team members. You will be experienced in effectively working in a collaborative manner in a large scale, fast paced environment within a multi-functional technical team.
