Design Manager role at Joules Head Office. Reporting into the Design Director, you will support the direction of design for Joules across all categories. You will be focused on the trend direction for the entire range, heavily involved in executing the product creative vision for Joules.
You will oversee the ongoing development of the team, managing and inspiring a team of Designers and Assistants. You will support them in their day-to-day roles while providing input and advice on the strategic direction of their ranges.
