We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Manager to join our Beauty Trading team on a 12 month FTC! Based at either our London or Leicestershire office with a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £54,000 alongside great benefits!

The role:

  • Own the website metrics and make changes to drive forward traffic & conversion.
  • Oversee the key marketing messages ensuring these are delivered onsite and through owned marketing channels.
  • Responsible for helping deliver growth in sales and profit and become an expert within the beauty division.

What else is involved?

  • Maximise net sales growth for your business (Beauty).
  • Own and optimise conversion & funnel metrics making informed decisions to enhance the website improving customer journey.
  • Liaising with the product teams to understand key launches and marketing opportunities.
  • Responsible for marketing onsite and via owned channels and continuously look for customer targeting opportunities.
  • Review SEO ranking and make improvements to increase organic traffic.
  • Relationship building and become the main point of contact with the Beauty product teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Review sales to identify opportunities for onsite and marketing (largest categories & brands, growing or decline categories & brands and item best sellers).
  • Supporting the wider Beauty E-commerce team.

About you:

  • Proven experience working in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills - understands key metrics such as sales, conversion and returns rates.
  • Time management, organisation and ability to prioritise is essential for working in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • A keen eye for good design in order to implement the most effective visual approach for our website.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in presenting to senior management.
  • Knowledge of Beauty brands and the latest trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Google applications.
  • Flexibility London or Leicester based with travel to the other office required one day a week.
