- Base rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00)
Monday – Friday ÂŁ17.36ph, Saturday ÂŁ19.85ph, Sunday ÂŁ22.40ph
- Night rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)
Friday Night: ÂŁ22.40ph, Saturday Night: ÂŁ25.40ph, Sunday – Thursday Night: ÂŁ19.85ph
Shift patterns
- Early shift, 5 over 7, 45 hours per week
- Late shift, 4 over 7, 38 hours per week
What the role involves
You’ll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our distribution centres and stores in the UK.
Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.
We are looking for drivers with:
- Licence requirements Class 1 C+E and CPC card
- Maximum of 6 points on licence
- No penalty points/convictions
- A “Safety First” mindset, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues.
- Passion to provide excellent customer service
- Respect towards colleagues, equipment and product.
