The Role

NEXT is dynamic and constantly evolving and we are currently pushing the boundaries of our internal systems. We are moving our Finance function to Oracle Fusion and we need a skilled Specialist to help our teams learn to evolve during this transition.

Job Description

  • Support the Strategy: Assist in developing and executing change management plans that encourage user adoption and help the business grow.
  • Assess and Map: Help identify potential risks and opportunities through detailed change impact assessments.
  • Clear Communication: Create and distribute clear, transparent communications that explain the vision and benefits of the project to everyone involved.
  • Guide our People: Provide ongoing guidance to colleagues and change champions, ensuring we take on the challenge together.
  • Measure Success: Monitor adoption rates and listen to feedback to find ways to improve the experience.
  • Collaborate: Build strong relationships across Head Office and the wider business to ensure alignment and promote a culture of shared expertise.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: A proven track record in change management or organisational development.
  • Communication: Excellent skills in presenting and connecting with people at all levels.
  • Mindset: A collaborative approach with a focus on attention to detail and a desire to build on success.
  • Certification: Prosci Change Management Certified.
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems is an advantage.
