About the Role:

Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire.

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days a week onsite with core flexible hours between 8am to 6pm.

We are looking for a trend driven experienced Denim & Casual Bottoms Designer, looking to push Menswear Denim & Casual Bottoms designs, working for our in-house global supplier - Next Sourcing. Portfolios must be added to the application in order to be considered.

  • Design all Denim & Casual Bottoms for Menswear for Next Sourcing, with a focus on high-quality, trend-led basics.
  • Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
  • Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer-relevant products.
  • Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
  • Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
  • Managing one Assistant Designer.
  • Support project-based collections as well as core line development.

About You:

  • Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
  • Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
  • Must have experience of working for a similar sized Retailer or Supplier background.
  • Must have Denim Design experience.
  • Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
  • Experience of managing an Assistant Designer is required.
