Your role
Weâre looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Finance Operations team, where youâll play a key role in ensuring all our thirdâparty suppliers and B2B customers meet rigorous internal and regulatory requirements.
This is a handsâon role focused on supplier due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and supporting the rollout of our new Oracle ERP system as part of an exciting Finance Transformation programme.
What Youâll Do
As a Compliance Officer, youâll be responsible for:
- Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence â Execute Know Your Vendor (KYV) checks, conduct sanctions and ABC screenings, and verify supplier documentation to ensure compliance integrity.
- Customer Compliance (B2B) â Carry out Know Your Business (KYB) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for new and existing customers, advising Sales and Credit Control teams on compliance risks.
- Ongoing Monitoring â Perform periodic rescreening of suppliers, investigate potential compliance issues, and manage corrective action plans address nonâcompliance.
- Finance Transformation (Oracle ERP) â Support the implementation within Oracle ERP, participate in UAT testing, and help design SOPs and training materials for system users.
This role is officeâbased, focused on financial compliance, risk management, and system integrity â no travel or onâsite supplier audits required.
About you
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Controls â ideally in a large, regulated, or multinational environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AntiâBribery and Corruption (ABC) laws; familiarity with GDPR is a plus.
- Systems: Practical experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS, or similar) and a deep understanding of vendor master data controls.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. A team player who thrives in a fastâpaced, evolving environment.
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Law, or Business. Professional certification (ICA, ACAMS, or similar) preferred.
