We are looking for an Accounts Payable Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a team through the high-volume demands of a business that serves over 8 million customers worldwide. Based at our Head Office, you will oversee the accurate processing of invoices and payment runs, managing supplier payments exceeding £1bn per annum. This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of 20 across the UK and India, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Managing global impact, supporting our Retail, Online, Total Platform, and International businesses.
- Driving innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reinvent how we work.
- Partnering with stakeholders to support the onboarding and management of high-profile brands.
We are looking for a proactive professional who leads with integrity and possesses the initiative to make informed decisions under pressure. To succeed in this role, you should have:
