What You’ll Do:
- Production Operations: Take charge of the production process, managing everything from stock solutions to dispensary operations and critical support tasks. Set up and manufacture various product types across Grade A, B, and C environments, following strict batch records and SOPs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Keep meticulous records, ensuring all documentation meets GMP standards, including batch records, logbooks, and beyond. Maintain an organized, clean workspace that meets all industry standards.
- Task Management: Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet demanding production schedules. Actively support your team, handling batch transfers and conducting stock checks.
- Training & Support: Keep your training records up to date and share your expertise by training new team members as needed. Work across departments, assisting and supporting your colleagues.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to the highest Health & Safety standards, always keeping yourself and your team protected. Follow specific dress codes for different production zones, ensuring all protocols are met.
