Qualifications & Experience
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety (essential)
- Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner status (desirable)
- Proven track record in a senior HSE leadership role
- Experience developing and implementing HSE strategies across complex, multi-site environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, auditing, and incident investigation
Responsibilities
- Driving implementation and effectiveness of the HSE management system & ISO14001 standards
- Acting as the principal HSE advisor, ensuring legal compliance and best practice adoption
- Monitoring performance and preparing reports for the Board and senior stakeholders
- Leading environmental performance monitoring and sustainability initiatives
- Delivering comprehensive HSE training programs across all sites
- Overseeing incident investigations and managing risk frameworks
Skills / Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of ISO45001, ISO14001, Risk Management
- Expertise in environmental impact monitoring and sustainability metrics
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to gain Board-level buy-in

- Internal Auditor qualification (ISO45001/ISO14001)
- Experience with ESG frameworks
