The Role
As Head of Operations, you’ll be leading end-to-end operational performance across manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in driving transformation initiatives that strengthen resilience, elevate compliance, and deliver measurable results across global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams across multiple operational disciplines.
- Shape and execute site-wide strategy focused on efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and digital innovation principles.
- Drive transformational change projects with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
- Represent the site at executive and global leadership forums.
- Ensure operational alignment with international standards (MHRA, FDA, EU GMP, etc.).

About You
You’re a senior operations leader with a proven ability to deliver results in complex, highly regulated environments, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or advanced manufacturing. You combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership and a passion for excellence.
- 10+ years of senior operational leadership (Site Lead, Ops Director, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in sterile/aseptic or highly controlled manufacturing environments.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and quality systems.
- Track record of leading transformation and performance improvement at scale.
- Natural influencer, communicator, and mentor — able to engage at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance detail, delivery, and vision.
