Oversee successful transfer of new equipment into production, including training and SOP development. Lead troubleshooting of formulation and process issues to improve quality and minimise supply interruptions. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations to optimise design and execution. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and proactively manage risk. Embed best practice project management methodologies and continuous improvement culture. Promote a strong safety culture and manage local authority inspections.
