The Role:
Currently looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and creative consultancy. In this role, you\’ll design and develop cutting-edge electronic systems while working closely with clients to understand their challenges and bring innovative products to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful, multi-sector projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and strategists.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Designing, developing, and testing electronic systems from concept to production
- Consulting with clients to uncover challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Leading projects, writing proposals, and supporting project planning and delivery
- Collaborating with software, mechanical, and human factors experts
- Contributing to specifications, design reviews, and technical presentations
What I\’m Looking For:
(Not expected to have all of the below experience, but majority)
β Strong background in Electronic Engineering
β Proficiency in electronic design fundamentals and first-principles thinking
β Hands-on experience with 32-bit ARM microcontrollers (e.g. STM32) and/or FPGAs
β Familiarity with protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, Bluetooth LE, USB, Ethernet
β Experience in low-power circuit design and best practices for PCB layout
β Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
β Commercially aware and experienced in managing time and budget
β Experience designing and testing for compliance (e.g. CE/FCC, EMC, radio safety)
