The Role

This is a partner‑facing, scientific implementation role focused on ensuring that partner‑led implementations meet the same quality, rigour, and customer outcomes as direct deliveries. You’ll act as the technical and scientific authority for partners, supporting complex implementations, resolving challenges, and helping scale a high‑performing global partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and assure the quality of partner‑led LIMS/ELN implementations
  • Act as the technical and scientific escalation point for delivery partners
  • Design, review, and validate complex scientific data models and workflows
  • Support partners through challenging, real‑world implementation scenarios
  • Build and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programmes
  • Run technical and scientific workshops with partners and end customers
  • Help define best practices as the partner ecosystem scales globally

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong scientific/engineering foundation
  • Hands‑on experience implementing LIMS, ELN
  • Comfortable working with messy, real‑world scientific data
  • Experience working/ interacting with 3rd Partners, System Integrators or clients.
