- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety (essential)
- Chartered Health and Safety Practitioner status (desirable)
- Proven track record in a senior HSE leadership role
- Experience developing and implementing HSE strategies across complex, multi-site environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management, auditing, and incident investigation
In this role you will lead the development and delivery of the Group’s HSE strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement. Driving implementation and effectiveness of the HSE management system & ISO14001 standards. Acting as the principal HSE advisor, ensuring legal compliance and best practice adoption. Monitoring performance and preparing reports for the Board and senior stakeholders. Leading environmental performance monitoring and sustainability initiatives. Delivering comprehensive HSE training programs across all sites. Overseeing incident investigations and managing risk frameworks.
- Strong understanding of ISO45001, ISO14001, Risk Management
- Expertise in environmental impact monitoring and sustainability metrics
- Background in occupational safety for hazardous chemicals and biological agents
