I’m looking for a driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to join us at Next Phase in Horsham. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of recruitment - winning new business, placing great people, and smashing targets - but wants to do it in a place that actually cares about doing things properly. You’ll focus on AI, Machine Learning and Software Engineering roles within Biotech, TechBio and Pharma across the UK, US and Europe.

- A strong 360 recruitment background - ideally in tech or life sciences.
- Confidence in winning new clients, managing relationships and delivering results.
- A competitive streak, a good sense of humour, and pride in hitting big numbers.
What You’ll Do
- Build new business across AI/TechBio markets.
- Run full permanent recruitment cycles and deliver NFI growth.
- Act as a senior voice in your area, helping shape our plans and performance.
- Lead by example - consistent billing, consistent quality, consistent impact.
