An established pharmaceutical business is seeking an exceptional Head of Quality to lead Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing and repackaging environment. This is an exciting opportunity to shape quality strategy, develop a high-performing team and lead significant improvement initiatives, including the implementation of an electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). The Role Lead and develop the QA and QC functions, driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Oversee MHRA compliance, pharmaceutical licences, regulatory inspections and audit readiness. Ensure robust GMP/GDP compliance, QMS effectiveness, CAPAs, deviations and change control. Lead quality transformation projects and improve operational performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen processes and maintain the highest regulatory standards. About You Proven Quality leadership experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or repackaging. Strong knowledge of MHRA requirements, EU GMP and GDP. Experience hosting regulatory inspections and maintaining relevant licences. Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. A track record of improving quality systems and leading change. Experience implementing an eQMS and relevant auditor qualifications would be advantageous. Why Apply?
