Head of Validation An established pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking an experienced Head of Validation to provide strategic and technical leadership across its validation function. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee validation across equipment, facilities, utilities, sterilisation, aseptic processing and GxP computerised systems , ensuring compliance with EU/US GMP and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead validation strategy across manufacturing operations. Oversee qualification and validation programmes. Provide technical leadership during audits and regulatory inspections. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, IT and Regulatory teams. Drive continuous improvement and compliance. Lead, coach and develop the Validation team. Manage validation priorities, resources and KPIs. Experience: Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline. Significant pharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing experience. Extensive GMP validation experience across multiple areas. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams. Strong knowledge of EU/US GMP, Annex 1, Annex 11, GAMP 5 and ISPE . Excellent project management and organisational skills.
