Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar QA role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Orange Guide and relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to review and approve non-conformances
  • Confident in training others on GMP principles and leading meetings
  • Skilled in problem-solving, influencing stakeholders, and preparing quality reports and presentations

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be central to maintaining product quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing bulk manufacturing records and releasing stock solutions and finished products
  • Acting as QA point of escalation, troubleshooting quality issues
  • Leading internal QA projects and driving data integrity initiatives
  • Representing QA in company meetings and deputizing for the QA Operations Team Manager
  • Training colleagues on GMP practices and promoting continuous quality improvements

Skills / Technical Competencies

  • Comprehensive understanding of GMP and batch release processes
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, risk assessment, and investigation techniques
