Opportunity to Support High-Quality Manufacturing Within a GMP-Regulated Environment
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is central to the successful production of high-quality products within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Working within controlled cleanroom areas, you will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in accordance with strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations: Conduct end-to-end production activities, including preparation of stock solutions, dispensary tasks, and associated operational duties. Set up, operate, and support manufacturing processes across Grade A, B, and C cleanroom environments. Follow approved batch records, SOPs, and controlled documents to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Documentation & Compliance: Complete all GMP documentation accurately, including batch records, logbooks, and equipment entries. Maintain a clean, organised, and audit-ready work environment in line with regulatory expectations.
- Task Prioritisation & Workflow Support: Manage workloads effectively to meet production schedules and operational requirements. Support colleagues with batch transfers, stock checks, and other routine production tasks.
- Training & Cross-Functional Support: Maintain up-to-date training records and demonstrate consistent adherence to controlled procedures. Assist in the training of new team members and collaborate across departments when operational needs require.
- Health & Safety: Comply with all Health & Safety policies and cleanroom gowning requirements applicable to specific production zones. Ensure safe working practices are always followed.
