About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Worthing, West Sussex, on a permanent basis. This role is central to the successful production of high-quality products within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Working within controlled cleanroom areas (Grade A, B, and C), you will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and in strict accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities & Measurable Goals

  • Production Operations (Target: Zero deviations per batch)
    • Conduct end-to-end production activities, including dispensary tasks and preparation of stock solutions.
    • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing processes across Grade A, B, and C cleanroom environments.
    • Execute production according to approved batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and controlled documents.
  • Documentation & Compliance (Target: 100% audit-ready documentation)
    • Accurately complete all GMP documentation, including batch records, equipment entries, and logbooks.
    • Maintain an organized, clean, and audit-ready work environment in line with regulatory expectations.
  • Workflow Support & Training (Target: Meet daily/weekly production schedules)
    • Manage workloads effectively to meet production targets.
