An innovative pharmaceutical company is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA functions at their development, manufacturing, and testing site in Milton Park. What You’ll Do:
- Lead Quality Strategy
- Work closely with the Site Director to design and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and set strategic quality goals.
- Analyse and report on quality data to support management decisions.
- Promote compliance and good practices across all departments.
- Manage QA Systems
- Monitor and report on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Investigate deviations and errors, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective outcomes.
- Manage change control procedures and advise operational teams.
- Coordinate QA training and maintain compliance training records.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee product manufacturing, testing, storage, and distribution in line with UK regulations and international pharmaceutical standards.
- Safeguard the quality and consistency of all materials and products throughout the production lifecycle.
- Drive Operational Excellence
- Conduct supplier audits and approvals to maintain a trusted and compliant supply chain.
- Carry out internal audits to assess and enhance quality systems.
- Manage document control systems to align with corporate and GMP standards.
- Lead product recall and complaint processes, working with regulatory bodies where necessary.
