We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead the development and scale-up of particle engineering and drug development programs while ensuring compliance with Quality, and cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee manufacturing processes for clinical and commercial supplies

* Solve technical challenges and drive scientific innovation

* Develop new methodologies and procedures

* Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory standards

* Lead peer reviews, audits, and inspections

* Manage inhaler device portfolio development, from concept to manufacturing

* Create high-quality technical documentation

What You’ll Bring:

* MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science

* 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Operations

* Expertise in Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Scale-up, or Drug Delivery

* Strong knowledge of GMP, HSE, and regulatory compliance
