Overview
I am currently supporting a research-driven biotechnology organization focused on developing advanced delivery systems for RNA-based therapeutics and vaccines. The company\\\’s work aims to improve the effectiveness, safety, and stability of novel therapeutic formulations.
Responsibilities
- Independently design and synthesize novel lipid molecules.
- Maintain and promote the highest standards of laboratory safety and best practices.
- Conduct literature and database research to support R&D efforts.
- Record, analyze, and present experimental data and research findings to internal stakeholders.
Education and Experience
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Biology, or M.S. with 1-3 years of relevant R&D experience.
- Proven experience with analytical techniques such as NMR, LC-MS, and HPLC.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience in lipid synthesis and characterization is highly desirable.
