The Role:
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while building long-term relationships across the life sciences sector.
- Building trusted relationships with biotech and pharma clients
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from first conversation to placement
- Growing strong candidate networks across the Life Sciences industry
- Working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team
What we’re looking for:
- Right to work in the UK (we don’t currently offer sponsorship)
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Able to commute to Horsham and happy to work in the office part of the week
- A positive, commercial mindset with the drive to grow your desk
- Comfortable using CRMs and sourcing tools
