We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing education and certification provider that works with external course creators to design, validate and deliver accredited qualifications.

Following a period of growth, the business is looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to become a key part of a small, ambitious and founder-led team.

This is a varied role combining client management, commercial support, project coordination and process improvement.

You will play a central role in supporting clients, preparing proposals, coordinating qualification projects and creating the structure and processes needed to help the business continue to grow successfully.

Working closely with the Commercial Director and Project Manager, you will become a trusted point of contact for clients while helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

This fully remote role offers flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a collaborative and growing organisation.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong relationships.
  • Supporting commercial activity, including proposals, pricing information and project scoping.
  • Coordinating qualification projects with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery.
  • Managing actions, priorities and workflows across multiple projects.
  • Documenting processes and creating clear, repeatable ways of working.
  • Supporting client retention and helping to identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Monitoring progress using CRM and project management systems.
  • Helping to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk and bring greater structure to the business.

  • Experience documenting processes or creating workflows.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience within education, training, qualifications, awarding organisations or certification would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
