What You’ll Take On Working in the Next Laboratory as an Assistant Lab Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all Next products are continually meeting our high standards.
You’ll play a key role in preparing all of our products from Footwear, Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear and Home; to carry out rigorous testing and appearance audits of base fabrics, colour fastness, stability and physical testing as well as implementing careful assessments and measurements of bulk Fabrics as part of this.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have experience in a footwear related role but this is not essential.
With a keen eye for detail alongside your excellent ability to meet deadlines, you’ll be expected to meet our delivery promise by promptly providing results as part of the top class service we give to the business.
You’ll have an exceptional eye for detail and be able to consistently ensure the high standards of the testing you carry out.
You’ll also be highly organised with the ability to manage and coordinate a varied and challenging workload.
