Nextlink is seeking The Palantir Platform Administrator is responsible for ensuring the Palantir environment remains reliable, secure, compliant, and cost -effective. This role manages day -to -day platform operations, access control, governance, monitoring, incident resolution, release coordination, and user support while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>Administer and maintain the Palantir platform to ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability.<\/span><\/li>Manage user access, roles, permissions, and authentication in accordance with organizational security policies.<\/span><\/li>Implement and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>Monitor platform health, performance, and system availability; proactively identify and resolve operational issues.<\/span><\/li>Handle incidents, problems, and service requests, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.<\/span><\/li>Coordinate change management activities and software releases to ensure smooth and controlled deployments.<\/span><\/li>Provide technical support and guidance to internal users, resolving platform -related issues in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, security teams, and external vendors to support platform operations and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>Develop and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.<\/span><\/li>Monitor platform utilization and optimize resource usage to ensure cost -effective operations.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>Required Skills & Experience<\/span><\/h2>Experience in Palantir platform administration and operational support.<\/span><\/li>Strong understanding of platform administration, monitoring, and operational best practices.<\/span><\/li>Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), security controls, governance, and compliance frameworks.<\/span><\/li>Hands -on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes (ITIL preferred).<\/span><\/li>Experience monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting root cause analysis.<\/span><\/li>Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.<\/span><\/li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem -solving abilities.<\/span><\/li>Ability to work effectively in cross -functional and fast -paced environments.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>Experience with enterprise platform operations and administration.<\/span><\/li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.<\/span><\/li>Knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, scripting, or DevOps practices is an added advantage.<\/span><\/li>Relevant certifications in IT Service Management, Cloud, or Security are desirable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
