Our client is looking for a strong, hands-on Workshop Manager / Garage Manager to lead our busy, well-established workshop in the Leeds area. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands how a garage really runs — managing people, workflow, customers, and performance — while helping drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do as a Workshop Manager

  • Lead and manage the full workshop team (technicians, admin, reception)
  • Plan and control daily workflow for maximum efficiency
  • Be hands on to support the Vehicle technicians etc
  • Maintain high standards of work quality and customer service
  • Train, support, and motivate your team
  • Monitor productivity, performance, and targets
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Manage parts, tools, and workshop organisation
  • Control costs and improve overall business performance
