We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a busy and growing Commercial Catering Service team operating across the North West. This is a full-time, permanent position focused exclusively on commercial and retail sites — no domestic work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults on commercial gas appliances and associated plant
- Complete reactive repairs and follow-up works
- Carry out planned servicing of gas appliances and systems
- Complete all gas safety documentation accurately and in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial gas maintenance and breakdowns
- Servicing in the Catering industry
- Valid Commercial ACS certification (essential)
- Domestic ACS, OFTEC, or oil experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Additional certifications such as IPAF, PASMA, CSCS are desirable
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
