Our Client is a well respected family run business who are currently recruiting for an exciting Showroom Manager role. This position offers the real opportunity to be part of the success of the site. As a Showroom Manager, you’ll lead by example, creating a high-performing sales environment where exceptional customer service and commercial success go hand in hand. You’ll motivate, coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism across the showroom.

Key Responsibilities of Showroom Manager

  • Play a key role in launching and shaping an exciting new brand showroom
  • Help create and influence the sales processes from day one
  • Build a strong sales pipeline from a new customer database through proactive outbound activity
  • Turn leads into appointments using confident, engaging communication
  • Bring energy, initiative and a genuine can-do attitude to a growing operation
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of a new sales team
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise opportunities and drive performance
