Our client is a well established and respected Dealership who due to expansion are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Vehicle Prep Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Prep Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards before delivery or display. Your responsibilities will include Preparing new and used vehicles to manufacturer standards (manufacturer training will be provided) Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) Completing general mechanical checks and servicing tasks Identifying and reporting any faults or issues Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines (including working additional hours at peak times to meet the needs of the business) What they Offer Basic Salary of £30,000, OTE £34000 Opportunity to work across multiple automotive brands Full multi-franchise training and ongoing development A supportive, team-oriented workshop environment Job security within a long-standing, reputable family business Real Career progression Competitive salary and benefits package Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) – please note flexibility will be required as business needs dictate.
