Reporting into the agency Account Director, as Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for stabilising and overseeing the agency's operational delivery.
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, including video, animation, social campaigns, and print work (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Quoting and estimating projects based on briefs
- Managing timelines and workload across the studio
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients to ensure clear communication and confidence throughout projects
We’re looking for someone highly organised, confident in managing creative teams, commercially aware when quoting work, and comfortable working in a busy agency environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You'll need to demonstrate working in a similar role and have a lot of experience in operational ownership, building structures and independently implementing processes. Able to hold the studio operationally accountable and ensuring delivery is smooth, on time and budget.
You'll need to have agency side experience and a solid understanding of creative production processes, especially within motion/animation and video.
35-40k depending on experience ~ Hybrid working - predominantly remote with occasional days each month in their Warwickshire office.
