Description
In this role, you will own client relationships end-to-end, define strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery of campaigns that drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building long-term partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor. Understand client business goals and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies and account plans tailored to each client’s objectives. Translate business challenges into actionable, results-driven initiatives.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, working with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely execution that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Business Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing directly to account revenue growth while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
- Market Insight & Advisory: Provide strategic insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, guiding clients toward informed, innovative decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide future junior team members, fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture across the team.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Director, or Senior Account Manager in an agency, ideally within retail, interiors, or home improvement sectors.
- Strong track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering measurable business growth.
- Expertise in strategy, campaigns, and integrated communications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Strategic, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Energy, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Remuneration
£40-45k depending on experience. Part-time hours considered. Hybrid working - 60% in the office, 40% WFH.
