About the Company An outstanding independent, full service agency based in the Midlands are on the look out for a talented Strategic Planning Director to join their team. They work 2 days in the office and 3 work from anywhere…so you could genuinely be based anywhere in the UK and be able to work for this epic, multi award winning agency!! Description As Strategic Planning Director, you’ll be responsible for the leading the development of insightful and innovative strategies, and working in a senior leadership capacity working closely with creative , channel delivery and account management teams. Key responsibilities: translating client goals to develop creative and channel deployment strategies organising market research with their panel of agency research partners to gain insight into audience behaviours working collaboratively with internal creative and channel delivery teams to ensure that concepts are on plan with the strategic vision identifying key audience segments and developing messaging and channel deployment performance analysis to optimise future campaign ROI preparing and presenting strategic proposals and campaign updates to clients internal and external stakeholder engagement Experience To be considered for this position you’ll need to have: a strong background in strategic planning within a creative /communications agency be able to think creatively and contribute to the direction of the creative and channel solutions experienced across research interrogation, brand positioning and communications planning a track record of delivering successful creative brand strategies for well known B2B and B2C brands Remuneration hybrid working – 2 days in the office £70-85k depending on experience
