Description
As a Senior Designer at this agency, you will get the chance to work on one of the agency's most important accounts. This client requires consistently high design standards and you'll be the go-to creative guardian and a steady hand in a fast-moving environment. You'll translate a proposition into a campaign concept one day and then transform a scamp into perfect artwork the next!
Day to day you can expect to:
- Take ownership of all design output for the client, ensuring clarity, precision and brand consistency across every touchpoint from concept to final deliverable.
- Work closely with the account handling team to translate briefs into thoughtful effective design.
- Be a calm, confident presence when speaking to and dealing with your client, whether that’s via email, over the phone or in presentations.
- Push the creative and quality bar. Every design choice you make should have a reason, all whilst maintaining that attention to detail and precision to create well-crafted designs.
Experience
To be considered for the role of Senior Designer you must be able to demonstrate:
- You are an omni-channel designer, able to produce work that spans print, digital, exhibition graphics, social and everything in-between.
- Your deep understanding and passion to craft, typography, layout and colour. The agency is looking for a creative designer who really cares about the craft side to design.
- Experience working with a single client or brand.
- Confidence in articulating design decisions to both internal and client teams.
- A portfolio that showcases not just creativity, but clarity, structure and refinement.
