About the Company

We’re delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded independent agency to recruit a Junior Creative Project Coordinator into their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their agency career who is highly organised, eager to learn, and passionate about creative projects. You’ll work closely with the wider project management and creative teams, helping to keep work moving smoothly from brief through to delivery.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in creative project management within a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll support the delivery of a range of creative projects across digital, social, video, animation, and print, helping to coordinate schedules, track progress, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination of creative projects from brief through to delivery
  • Helping manage studio schedules and project timeline
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Liaising with designers, motion creatives, account teams, and external suppliers
  • Assisting with preparing quotes, estimates, and project documentation
  • Organising meetings, taking notes, and following up on action
  • Updating project management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting client communication and helping ensure a positive project experience
  • Helping translate briefs into clear internal actions for the creative team

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to develop their career in creative project management. You may already have some agency, marketing, production, or project coordination experience, or be looking for the next step in a creative environment.

You should have:

  • Some experience in an agency, marketing, creative, production, or project support role
  • A strong interest in creative workflows across digital, social, motion, and print
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confidence working collaboratively with creative and client-facing teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools is helpful, but not essential
