Despite being fully remote, they’ve built a genuinely collaborative, supportive culture, bringing people together regularly to share ideas, celebrate success, and stay connected.

Description

This is a varied and hands-on role focused on delivering integrated PR and content activity across one main client account. A typical day might involve:

  • Writing creative press releases and distributing to targeted media
  • Pitching stories confidently to journalists and securing coverage
  • Creating engaging content including articles, blogs, website copy and video scripts
  • Supporting social media activity and inbound engagement
  • Assisting with the planning and promotion of client events
  • Preparing reports and measuring campaign success
  • Supporting an Account Manager with delivery across PR, content and digital activity
  • Attending and contributing to client meetings

You’ll play a key role in day-to-day client service, helping to bring campaigns to life while building strong media and stakeholder relationships.

Experience

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, creative and highly organised, with a passion for great storytelling. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for detail (you’ll spot a grammar mistake a mile off)
  • The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content across multiple channels
  • Confidence communicating via phone, email and social media
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Solid organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing ideas

Remuneration

Salary up to £26,500 depending on experience. Fully remote working, with one day per month in the Midlands. 20 days holiday + bank holidays + additional time over Christmas. Your birthday off. Volunteer days to support local causes. Regular team socials, including summer and Christmas events. Training budget for courses, conferences and development. All equipment and resources provided.
