Due to continued growth and new client acquisitions, they are looking to appoint a talented PPC professional and are open to considering candidates at either PPC Specialist or PPC Manager level, depending on experience. Description
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a range of clients. Depending on your level of experience, you may take ownership of key client relationships, campaign strategy, performance delivery and account growth. Working closely with the wider Paid Media team, you will play a key role in improving campaign performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and client outcomes.
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis and negative keyword management.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies and performance forecasting.
- Develop and test ad copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain client reporting dashboards and performance reports.
- Support or lead client communications and performance reviews, depending on experience level.
- Collaborate with digital specialists and account management teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
- Contribute to client retention and account growth through excellent service and campaign performance.
- Utilise automation, scripts, bulk uploads and platform tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Experience
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, analytical, and passionate about Paid Search. The client is open to speaking with candidates who are looking to progress into a management-level role, as well as experienced PPC Managers already operating at a strategic level. You will be confident working within a client-facing environment, able to communicate performance effectively, and motivated by delivering outstanding results.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, including feed diagnostics and optimisation.
- Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Comfortable using Google Ads Editor, automated rules and bulk campaign management tools.
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts, automation tools or advanced PPC workflows would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRO and user behaviour tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity would be beneficial.
- Google Ads certifications are desirable.
- Ecommerce experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
