DescriptionAs PPC Account Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, revenue, and measurable growth through data-led campaign management and continuous testing.
- Managing paid media activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Amazon as part of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Taking full ownership of campaigns from initial setup and strategy development through to optimisation, testing, and reporting.
- Developing tailored paid media strategies aligned with each client’s commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Analysing campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform optimisation and future strategy.
- Monitoring accounts daily and restructuring campaigns to improve efficiency and key performance metrics.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients, creating clear roadmaps for campaign success.
- Collaborating with internal specialists across SEO, social media, and digital strategy.
- Testing emerging platforms, formats, and technologies to ensure clients benefit from the latest performance marketing innovations.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on performance focused PPC specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for measurable results. You will bring:
- Significant experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar advertising ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of feed optimisation for Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and updating them on performance and metrics.
- Experience with tracking, measurement, and reporting using Google Ads and related analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience configuring pixel and conversion tracking to enable accurate attribution and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to contribute to client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
