Description

As Strategist, you will play a central role in shaping the thinking that drives creative excellence. Acting as the voice of the consumer within the agency, you will uncover meaningful insights, help define communication strategies, and work closely with both clients and creative teams to turn strategic thinking into impactful work. You’ll take ownership of projects, contribute to larger strategic challenges, and help ensure every creative idea is grounded in insight, relevance, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, audience behaviour, and communications objectives
  • Lead research and insight generation across qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Analyse consumer, brand, cultural, and market data to uncover actionable opportunities
  • Develop strategic frameworks and contribute to integrated communication strategies
  • Write inspiring, insight-driven creative briefs that unlock strong creative responses
  • Work closely with creative teams throughout development, offering strategic guidance and constructive challenge
  • Manage smaller projects autonomously while supporting more complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Support campaign evaluation, effectiveness analysis, and strategic learning
  • Stay connected to emerging cultural, behavioural, and industry trends

Experience

We’re looking for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with genuine creative curiosity. You’ll likely bring experience from an agency, consultancy, brand, or insight-led environment and be ready to take the next step in your strategic career.

You'll be regularly out visiting clients across the UK, so a driving licence is required.

Remuneration

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected agency where strategy sits at the heart of the creative process. Remote working (you will need to be permanently UK-based to regularly visit clients across the Midlands, North, and South West).
