A fast-growing, award-winning creative agency is seeking an Account Executive to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the creative industry and looking to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will report to an Account Manager and play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly across multiple accounts. The focus of this role is on mastering the fundamentals of agency life, from managing day-to-day administration to supporting campaign delivery and maintaining clear communication with clients.
Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers with campaign planning and coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
- Manage daily account administration, including invoices, quotes, timing plans, and client notes
- Assist with project planning, resource scheduling, and updating status trackers
- Organise meetings, room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Manage new business leads through the agency hotline
- Attend client briefings and support the development of creative briefs
- Set up jobs and maintain project folders
- Raise supplier POs and allocate costs in Synergist
- Document client feedback and attend creative review meetings
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps
- Passionate about the creative industry and keen to learn
- Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Personable and confident when interacting with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong team player with excellent time management
- Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in the office
