Working with lots of clients across a broad range of sectors, they are now going through a period of growth and are looking to hire a Social Media Executive (ideally with some experience across PPC, and paid advertising campaigns) into their growing team.

Description

  • Social Media Marketing: Work alongside the Social Media Manager to implement social media strategies, manage paid social campaigns, and analyse performance data.
  • Idea Generation: Contributing towards idea generation for campaigns, proposals and pitches.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, produce performance reports, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Content Support: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand and marketing goals.
  • PPC & Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Experience

  • Social media content creation and management (ideally gained agency side).
  • Ideally experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Ideally knowledge of keyword research, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) would be a bonus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

Remuneration
£28-32k depending on experience. WFH with weekly or fortnightly trips to the office to catch up as a team.
